This organ, comprising five members, will be in charge of transnational
co-operation.
Its members will be appointed and dismissed by the General Assembly.
This said, all participating bodies who believe it is appropriate
and make the corresponding request, can attend Transnational Committee
meetings and collaborate in the actions with which they may be
entrusted according to the available personnel, technical and
financial means.
This organ will have the following functions:
1.- To propose Transnational Cooperation Agreements.
2.- To participate in and represent the Group in the transnational
project.
3.- To follow-up and supervise the Transnational Plan.
Regarding the internal organization of this body, the same rules
and regulations shall apply as for the Management Committee.

and the identification code of the final Transnational Cooperation
