PROCEDURE

The procedure to obtain a Certificate of Disability can begin with the interested person or with their legal representative or de facto guardian. All the medical documentation possible must be gathered (reports, diagnostic tests, clinical history…) of all the symptoms they suffer.

  1. 2. Once the application has been received, the date, time, team and address of the Centre where the person applying for the recognition of the disability should present themselves, will be notified.
  2. 3. The so-called EVOs (AGTs - Assessment and Guidance Teams) are to be found at the Local Centre. These teams are composed of a doctor, a psychologist and a social worker, who will carry out the specific actions for the diagnosis, assessment and qualification of the disability.
